The roomy kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and an under-the-counter ice maker. This fully stocked kitchen 🍳 includes a versatile coffee maker for your morning brew. With a large pantry for all your groceries and a convenient half bathroom nearby, it has everything you need. The back door opens to a fenced-in private pool area, ideal for relaxing and having fun outdoors. On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with two single twin beds, and a twin over full bunk bed, separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. There is a private balcony and ensuite bathroom in the third bedroom. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days. This community is in the heart of town, within walking distance of local shops and the beach! If you prefer to stay close to home, enjoy a game of cornhole with family, neighbors, and friends, and create fun memories together! BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool Other Things To Note: \* Pet Policy: Beachway Bungalow #3 is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Dogs that are 45 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and you clean up after them. The property was exactly as described, and we appreciated the peaceful environment. Although the stove wasn’t working, that was communicated ahead of time so there were no surprises. We did have an issue with faulty fire alarms going off while we were at the beach, but management responded quickly and helped resolve the situation right away until someone could come out and take care of it.
