The house was perfect for my family . Not many homes have the kitchen on the first floor and let me tell you that made a huge difference packing and unpacking. Also helps if you have an older guest that doesn’t want to go up and down stairs ! We enjoyed the back patio and walking trail. The house is a good size and if we ever needed anything the Vacasa staff was super attentive. We love coming to Palmilla and really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Dunes.

Lovely stay at new beach house. This is our third time staying at Palmilla. This home had beautiful views and very spacious. It’s a newer home and could use more blinds on the doors for privacy. Especially in the master bathroom. Other than that we had a comfortable stay. Also, would recommend a hose for outside so we could wash the sand off our stuff. Standard amenities one would expect and the home is In the newer section of water’s edge. Quiet but a bit far from the pool and other amenities. Would still recommend and had a great stay. Thank you for you hospitality.
