Ocean Views GONE COASTAL | OCEANFRONT HOME + MULTIPLE DECKS + SLEEPS 12 Welcome to Gone Coastal, a custom-built oceanfront getaway designed for unforgettable Port Aransas vacations. This beautifully decorated home offers breathtaking ocean views, spacious living areas, and plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Inside, you'll find a large open kitchen and living area, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a second living space upstairs, making it ideal for gathering together while still having room to unwind. Step outside and enjoy multiple decks with ocean views, outdoor sofas for lounging, and the perfect setup for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks with the sound of the waves in the background. The home also features seamless access to the beach using the community boardwalk, making it easy to spend your days in the sand, surf, and sun before coming back to relax in comfort. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING • A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. • A copy of a driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions. • Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW • A 6-seater golf cart can be added to your booking for $175 per day. • Beach gear credit is included for stays of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties. • Select your beach gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. • A small delivery fee may apply for beach gear delivery. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home. • Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. • Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance. • Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month. CLEANING AND INSPECTION • We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. • Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. • We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival. We are all meals at home and it was so well equipped . I think our favorite was the second deck porch with a sofa to lounge around and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Gone Coastal is a great place to get away in Port A that is quiet, relaxing, and clean with all the amenities. We had stayed in Port A many times before but never in a place that seemed to have everything you need. We loved sitting on the top deck, enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. Everything was available as advertised in the amenities. Perfect weather for going to the beach and enjoying the breezes on the decks during the day and at night. We used the boardwalk for viewing from circular deck, but because of small children, we would drive to the beach to continue our adventure. However the boardwalk to access beach was bad ,up and down steps most of the way,not acceptable for older people.Boardwalk built to access the high observation platform and then go down to beach level .Mostly all steps.Also assumed a communty pool would be provided.
