  • Book two neighboring coastal townhomes together: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 rooftop decks, with space for up to 15 guests. Enjoy beach boardwalk access, coastal views, private garage parking and in-unit laundry in each home. Ideal for families and friends who want to vacation together while keeping separate living spaces. This reservation includes both Luxe I and Luxe II.

    Your reservation includes two separate neighboring townhomes, Luxe I and Luxe II, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms in total. Each home has its own kitchen, living room, rooftop deck, two-car garage, washer and dryer.

    Sleeping arrangements in each home:
    • Primary bedroom: one king bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
    • Second bedroom: a full-over-queen bunk bed.
    • Living room: one queen sleeper sofa.

    The combined reservation accommodates up to 15 guests. Enjoy beach boardwalk access, coastal views, fully equipped kitchens, smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The homes offer separate living spaces for families or friends traveling together.

    No pets, smoking, parties or events. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
