Parking passes for 3 vehicles are provided, The vehicles must be parked at the home, two parking spaces in the driveway and one parking space available in the garage. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your three vehicles. Additional vehicles or vehicles parked on the streets are subject to being towed. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
