Welcome to Latitude Adjustment! Located in the gated Village Walk community on 11th St, this 4BDR home sets the scene for the perfect beach getaway for 10 people. Step inside and be welcomed by coastal luxury, beautiful finishes, and all of the comforts of home. On the main floor, you will have a large, well-stocked kitchen - perfect for those who love to prep, cook and serve family and friends! An oversized island flows into a large dining table and chairs and into the living space with plenty of seating to kick back, relax, and enjoy your vacation. You are now on island time! Retreat upstairs to one of four bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed, while bedroom 4 is a bunk room with twin over twin bunk beds. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway and in-unit laundry adds convenience. The outdoor areas at Latitude Adjustment were made for outdoor living in style. An enclosed patio with lounge seating is the ideal spot for relaxation or friends and family to gather. The house is large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on vacation.We enjoyed the outdoor space and having a safe area to walk our dog.
