Walking distance from many restaurants, shops and even grocery store. Very tight property. Property had no outside water hookup for a hose, making it quite difficult to follow house rules of cleaning of dirt/sand before entering. The bathroom is tiny, anyone under 6ft with a very petite frame would fit comfortably. We struggled as midsized people. NO LAUNDRY, not even in the “community area”. Zero internet or tv access, even tried brining our our Roku. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FROM HOME TO SHOWER. Also recommend brining a rug/ mat for floors. Ideal for a couple with dogs or small YOUNG family ( children under 7). It’s also very exposed with not privacy areas to relax no shade.
