Bottled water with dispenser is provided. The neighborhood felt safe and you are within close proximity to a grocery store, hospital, the ocean. Owner stays in a casita on the property which is nice should you need anything. If not, she is rarely seen. Lots of interesting art, books and photos. Plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. Comfortable beds, nice shower and linens. Well-kept property both inside and out. Beautifully decorated, homey, cozy and private. All the comforts of home away from home. The owner was easy to talk to and gave my sister and I wonderful tips as to the best shopping and nearby restaurants with yummy food and restful atmospheres.
