Clocked Out - Canal home with fire table, sunroom and private dock. Clocked Out is coastal living at its best! Get ready to live like a local in this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath pet friendly canal home. Kick off your shoes and waltz into a spacious living room with leather couches and flat screen tv. Perfect space for a family movie night. Just a few steps away is the dining room and kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and electric range top. Dining room and kitchen have a open floor plan with bar seating for 4\. Dining room has a family table that accommodates 6. At the end of the day get ready to relax in one of the three bedrooms. Master bedrrom has a king size bed with flat screen tv. Master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet area, stand up shower and jacuzzi tub. Secondary Bedroom has a king bed with flat screen tv and spacious closet space. Third bedroom is the perfect room for the littles. It has 2 twin beds, flat screen tv and closet space. That\`s not all..Clocked out has a sunroom!! Perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. It also has an arcade machine to entertain the kiddos while your getting ready for the day, preparing dinner or just trying to get your coffee on!! Wait there\`s more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few. Aransas Pass is also just a few minutes from the property. Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park. The Harbor offers several ramps, bait stands, picnic tables, public lighted fishing pier and a lighted parking lot. You can launch your boat from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown\`s Harbor Point Park and within minutes, you\`ll be in some of the best flats fishing areas the Texas coast has to offer! There are piers and miles of shoreline to fish from. Spend the day and utilize our low-cost transient docks and boat pump-out. Aransas Pass also has a great family Aquatic Center, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater you can visit when you are not playing on the water. Centrally located minutes from Rockport, 15 minutes to Port Aransas ferry, 20 minutes to Corpus Christi - Texas State Aquarium, Hurricane Alley, HOOKS Baseball Stadium, Lexington and much more. The gas grill on the patio is near its end of life. The burners are nearly rusted out and the grates were not very clean when we arrived. There was no fresh water at the fish cleaning station. There is 1 patio chair where the seat is breaking. Other than that, the location was good for us and we enjoyed our stay. We are thinking about coming back next year. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured/described. It was perfect for our family. We had a little incident the first night and got locked out (pretty sure my 3yr old played with the locks). We had to call the after hours emergency line, which I already had saved in my phone because we rent from Y Knot every time we visit. We have known Marie for years and are always thankful for her help. She raced over and got us back in the house in no time and had a smile on her face the whole time even though we crashed her evening.
