- Welcome to The Flamingo House at 16 Flamingo, a beautiful waterfront retreat in Key Allegro, one of Rockport’s most sought-after coastal neighborhoods. Come explore the Texas Gulf Coast and stay for the memories! The Flamingo House is a waterfront Key Allegro retreat with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and room for 10. Enjoy a private pool, hot tub, dock, outdoor kitchen, kayaking, fishing, shuffleboard, games, outdoor TV and darts. Minutes from Rockport Beach, dining and shopping. STR # P-00152
- Use all the cookware that you like, just kindly wash it and return it to it’s proper location.
- Please put trash in trash bags and put in trash bin located at the side of the house behind gate by garage.
*For guests checking out on or staying on or through Sunday : On Sunday evenings (or on check out) please roll the bins to the street for trash pick up Monday Morning.
- Set the thermostat at whatever makes you comfortable (within reason), just return it at 76 degrees when you leave the house during the summer months. During winter months, please leave on 65.
- No Smoking or vaping in the home.
- Do not over fill washer or dryer. Please do not wash white towels with colors.
- Do not bring sandy/muddy footwear, clothing or linens into the home. Rinse off in outdoor shower.
- Please do not open windows or leave the doors open.
- Do not touch or handle any Artwork on the premises.
- Do not use glass containers in or around the pool or hot tub.
- Do not put patio furniture in the pool or hot tub.
- Do not use bath towels outside, at the beach, or on boats. They are for bathing use only. Beach towels have been provided for outdoor activities.
- Do not attempt to access the owners closet.
- Do not clean fish inside the home.
- Do not fry turkeys at the home.
- Do not put luggage on beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom located in closets.
- Do not put potato peels, watermelon rinds, bones, or other large items down the garbage disposal. You will be charged a $75 service fee for a clogged disposal.
-Please rinse off with fresh water all fishing equipment, fish stations, kayaks, and including paddles and return to storage area. ( extra cleaning fee will apply if not done min of $75)
-Please abide with all TPW (Texas Parks and Wildlife) Laws and regulations for use of water equipment and fishing gear.
