The kitchen/living area was spacious.However, the floors were very dirty!!! Drops of blood on the downstairs hallway and bedroom. Very nice house. I would recommend this home to anyone I know that wanted to go visit Corpus provided they have no disabilities. I was very careful when choosing a home to rent to make sure that I would be able to also enjoy it as I am disabled and recently had total knee replacement. I checked all the pictures and all the information and made sure that my bedroom would be on the same floor as the living room and the kitchen and the common areas so that I could enjoy time with our four children and our one grandson and our daughter-in-law. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed that the layout on the ad was not the same as the layout in the home. The master bedroom that we had chosen was on the second floor. It was not on the same floor as listed in the ad as the living room and kitchen , therefore I was unable to spend time with my family in the common areas because going up and down the stairs over and over just wasn’t doable. But, I contacted the rental agency and let them know that they need to fix the ad and they quickly did so. I’m glad that they did so no one else will be the same situation I was. The house would have been perfect in every way if the layout they had in the advertisement was the actual layout. But overall, the house was clean. It was in great condition. The location was wonderful. The pool was clean and easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet and it felt very safe, and we ended up having a good time. ##### Shanah S.
