Welcome to our Beach Bungalow!

This North Padre Island Beach Club Condo is furnished with beautiful wood-laminate flooring and comfortable furniture. This condo has all the comforts of your very own beach condo, but with all the amenities of beach life.

Upon arriving you can relax not only in the newly remodeled ground-floor condo, but also in the club house and pool area. Or if you prefer you can travel just a block from the beach and you can fish at the Packery Channel. There is also an on-site property pond filled by an underground connection to the gulf.

Of course, you'll want to soak up the sun while on the island knowing that when you return you will have all the amenities of home: king-size bed, queen sofa-sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, linens, TV, dedicated private WIFI and much more. All simply arranged with you and your restful stay in mind.

For extra pleasure you will find across the street from your first story condo a gorgeous pool, hot tub, sauna, 24 hour fitness center, business center, horseshoe pit, BBQ pit and car rinse. There is also a laundromat for your convenience.

Before your arrival, you'll receive a digital guest book. It is marvelous information about our condo and the area. Everything you wanted to know about the island from an insider. You can download it right on your phone, for ease and convenience.

Our stay was nice. The pool was clean and convenient from the bungalow beach house. Having a reserved parking spot was a plus. Communication with the property manager was great and instructions for Wi-Fi, check in and check out instructions were clear.

Great place for a romantic getaway

Perfect size for a romantic getaway. Facilities and pool area were clean and well maintained. Everything matched the on-line photos. Conveniently located by the beach, restaurants, and stores. We rented a golf cart and spent hours beachcombing. Had a wonderful time.

Large feeling studio

Easy walk to the beach. Clean!! Kitchen had all we needed for a simple meal. The studio bungalow felt really spacious inside. Alene was quick and easy to communicate with. We had a small plumbing issue that she had fixed within the hour. The studio is quite even on the ground floor and across from the pool. The porch is a great place to unwind.

Annual October trip

We go to Padre every October for our annual family vacation. Decided to switch it up and try this condo out, it was perfect for what we needed! Only downfall was that the dryers in the wash room weren’t working (that’s the property’s deal though) other than that it was great and so affordable.

Even though the condo is small it has everything you may possibly need. It is so cozy that our two year old did not want to leave. The close proximity to the beach, parking, and heated pool were all a definite plus. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

If Only the Weather had Cooperated

This is a very nice studio apartment- perfect for a couple.The facilities are very nice (although the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs- they should be very nice now). Location is very close the beach. The weather did not cooperate, (but they can't help that)- Even though the weather was not good the studio was very comfortable and convenient for excursions to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Alene, the host, was very responsive and on top of things. We would definetely stay here again.
