To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. Parking notes: No parking available. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. My family and I absolutely loved staying at La Palmilla and even more at 153 Sunset! It was a beautiful and spacious home. The location of the home was ideal because it was so close to the pool which we spent most of our time at! The only thing is the pet urine smell in the common area of the first floor only, which hit you when you walked in from the garage or patio. Also, a great size to accommodate our small group. There were 2 separate living areas which was very nice. Beds were comfy. AC worked well and kept the house cold. There is a smoker BBQ pit there so we utilized that as well. Guest Services was attentive, as well as Vacasa. They reached out several times to ensure we had all our needs taken care of. We had a wonderful time checking out the beach as well as the beautiful new Oasis pool at Palmilla Beach. We will definitely be visiting again. 5 stars!! ##### Azia B.
