This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, bottom-floor condo can host six guests. Bright and open, the full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Four barstools sit at the island for enjoying meals and snacks alongside a small table that seats two. Lighthouses and seahorses decorate the space and bring the beach to you. In the living room, relax on the leather couch and loveseat with a flat-screen TV and fan to keep cool all day. Step outside on the private patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening dessert in cool blue chairs and take in the sea breezes and Gulf sounds. Shortest walk to the beach over the boardwalk, never having to leave the property. Easy to return from beach to condo for lunch. Condo has plenty of things you need (trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, pots, and pans). There aren’t spices or condiments so be sure you pick up that stuff. Keyless entry, internet, and tvs all worked perfectly. The property has two pools, laundromat, basketball court, and grills. Would definitely recommend. ##### Amy S. Property was clean upon arrival and appreciated the updated decor. The leather couches seemed brand new. Really liked the tile floor that looks like wood. Would recommend new throw rugs in living area and by doors as they are pretty soiled. We loved the location where we could see a view of the water between the dunes (was not expecting a view from a first floor condo not right on the beach so we were happily surprised). Also loved being able to walk out the patio gate to the pool or beach. Even tennis courts and a basketball hoop. We will be back! ##### Donna M. For paying a large cleaning fee - this was an exceptionally horrible experience. The condominium was so dirty (hair everywhere - in the shower/in all of the towels/on the sheets/across the floors/etc.) that we checked out a night early via text and skipped our second paid night. This meant driving home 3 hours to sleep in our own beds to avoid having to deal with a second night. It was a horrible experience for our family and really set a bad tone for our entire trip. It’s very surprising how costly the condo is, especially the cleaning fee with it being as filthy as it was. My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs if you prefer cleanliness at all and that would apply to all of the condos managed by this company. Look around further and good luck! ##### Rick A. It was clean and a very short walking distance to the beach. The girls walked while the guys drove with the ice chest, food and surf boards to the beach. The only very small disadvantage was that we had to drive down the beach to a spot where they didn’t have the poles. The reason being is because we had a speaker that we wanted to keep on the bed of the truck and not get it on the sand.
