Positioned perfectly between shops, sights, and the beach, practically everything is no more than 10 minutes away. 3 Smart TVs showing ESPN+, Disney+, and Hulu! Keep your cars in fully fenced driveway and your pups in the large grassy yard. \*\*MAXIMUM occupancy is 9, including infants - no exceptions.\*\* This neighborhood is in the process of revitalizing; this newly built house is a primary example! Permit# 304686 Brand New Construction. Entire house except of outdoor storage marked - owner\`s closet. Available anytime through phone, text or email. Car Security cameras are outside covering front and side driveway. Following rules are strictly enforced: If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, Owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately. No refunds will be issued. Absolutely no parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. The Guest making the reservation must be over the age of 24 and must be one of the occupants during the stay. No smoking is allowed in or around the property. This includes front and backyard areas. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge a minimum $500 fee. Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If any items are missing, especially towels, guests will be charged. Due to the nature of coastal areas, we are unable to offer refunds for inclement weather. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your stay. GRILL USE: If you use it, clean it. Additional fees will be applied if left dirty. Please use the provided cover when not in use. No trash should be left in the front or backyard. FOR GUESTS VISITING WITH PETS: We do not allow any pets other than dogs with a pet fee of $100 (up to 2 dogs max). Any pets present on the property NOT mentioned during booking will incur a $400 fee. Additional dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis for higher fee. All dogs must remain off the furniture. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pets on furniture. Dogs cannot be left in the house or in the yard unattended. Large size crate available for use. Dog waste bags are provided. Please bag and dispose of waste in the driveway trash can. My husband and I love going to Port Aransas. This home was perfectly placed between Corpus and Port Aransas. We travel with dogs and they certainly had enough space to run around out back. Inside was very clean and had a great flow. The outdoor area was beautifully set up. The grill was dirty and wouldn't light, but that was the only thing that was a little disappointing. This properrty exceeded our expectations. Very clean, plenty of space for 6 adults. We moved our kids in at TAMUCC which was just 5 min drive away. Everything was labeled and the house rules and wifi code was incorporated into the decor of the home. Very clever. A welcome bottle of wine and note was waiting for us when we arrived. Fresh towels and extra blankets were available, We found some games in the closet which we enjoyed one evening. Close to grocery store and shopping. The only caution is the neighborhood is a little questionable, however I walked the block one morning with my coffee and had no concerns. We parked the cars behind the gate on the driveway. The house is nicely decorated with a beach theme and the large fenced-in yard was great for our dog. The home has been freshly remodeled and has a very open floor plan which we found very nice. The kitchen is stocked very well with everything you need to make a meal(minus groceries of course). The welcoming card, snacks and bottle of wine are a very nice touch! The front yard and backyard are fenced in and my dogs loved it. The only thing I feel that should be addressed are the ants in the grass especially if you are allergic so just be aware.
