Enter our cozy beachside residence, a gem in Corpus Christi, designed to provide ultimate comfort for your seaside getaway. Enjoy the Texan sunshine in our expansive backyard, relax in the hot tub, or prepare a coastal feast on our outdoor grill. Inside, you'll find a snug living area, a kitchen equipped for your culinary needs, and bedrooms designed for tranquility and rest.

Upon entering, the living room to your right immediately welcomes you with its comfortable setting, perfect for movie nights or engaging conversations.
Further along, the hallway leads to a large kitchen and dining area, a welcoming space with plenty of storage and direct access to the backyard through charming French doors. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for preparing delightful family meals. The dining room's crafted wooden table offers a hospitable atmosphere for enjoying meals and making unforgettable memories.
Step outside from the dining area into a large, partially fenced yard, a haven for outdoor relaxation. A patio area awaits, complete with a barbecue grill, hot tub, and tools, ideal for outdoor dining experiences.
Down the hallway from the dining and kitchen area, you will find two bedrooms on your left and two on your right, along with two bathrooms, conveniently situated.
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. HOT TUB: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death. Guests are required to place the hot tub cover back on the hot tub when it is not in use to prevent water from spraying out from the jets.
Please note that all hot tubs are serviced daily to ensure appropriate chemical balance and to keep the water clean and clear. Our service team will perform maintenance between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. They will not announce themselves but will discreetly access the backyard gate to complete their service. While guests cannot forgo this daily maintenance, you may request a preferred time for service or specify times you would like the service team to avoid.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.

Our family of four stayed here for five nights while visiting family and friends, and it was a fantastic home base! After long days running around the city, we loved coming back to plenty of space to spread out and recharge in our own rooms. My son set up his Xbox in the living room and had a blast playing on the big screen.Though we didn’t pick this place for the hot tub (which is cleaned daily), we ended up using it almost every night—it was such a fun bonus! The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and as someone who walks with our Schnauzer at least an hour daily, I really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and the Bayfront.It always takes a little time to get used to a new layout with the assorted idiosyncrasies, but overall, this was a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and no complaints!
