COURTESY NOTICE – ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
A roof replacement project is underway at the complex beginning October 5, 2026, and is expected to continue through approximately November 30, 2026, weather permitting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

During this time, guests may experience construction noise, workers and equipment on-site, and temporary restrictions to certain areas of the property. A portion of the parking lot will be closed for construction equipment, and pool access may be limited periodically. We appreciate your understanding as the complex undergoes these improvements.
