Amazing location, golf cart was a blast and so handy, house was beautiful and comfortable. Great pool as well. We would definitely stay again. Close to the beach also!
The property was just as it said it would be and we enjoyed our stay! The golf cart was great and the location was good for getting around.
There were some really loud people who stayed in the complex and outdoor rules were not enforced. We had to speak with them directly regarding the pool and noise levels.
Overall very pleased and would return to this property.
This home was a wonderful place to stay in Port Aransas! Communication was great from the very beginning. Home was clean with all the amenities you could need, beds were comfortable, the converted garage/game room was AWESOME. They had so much beach stuff, from a canopy to beach toys, and boogie boards so it was perfect for our young kids. The community pool is just outside the back door, so it was perfect after a long day at the beach. The golf cart was also a huge plus- it fit our whole family and was in perfect condition. Couldn't think of anything we would change- I would absolutely recommend this home and location to anyone!
These house was terrific. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. EXCEPT for dishwasher detergent, basic cleaning supplies (spray to wipe counter and stove top). Yes, it was recommended in the listing to bring your own dish soap for longer stays, but I would have expected sufficient quantities to be provided to allow you to run the dishwasher once each day during your stay. There was also zero extra toilet paper provided. 7 people (including 2 toddlers) for 6 days = one roll per bathroom not being enough. I understand that extra supplies can disappear, however, for the price point of this house, I wouldnât have expected to have to run to IGA for tp. That said, everything else was lovely and we would stay here again.
So we got there everything was clean seemed perfect but, we all ran out to the beach came back We were locked out the battery went dead to unlock door. We called they came an hour later, Outside with mosquitoes while waiting and wet with sand all over body. Finally we got in they had to leave because they brought the wrong batteries . We realized we had no water in the house. They had to call plumber and they had no idea when they would show up Our nightmares started started at 8 o'clock PM we had water until 12am our first day Was a nightmare.
I recently stayed here with my 12 year old son and 2 of his friends. The house is immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities one could need. The location is great, and the golf cart was so nice. We never had to drive anywhere, all of the shops, restaurants, and beaches were a 5 min or less golf cart ride away. We have been vacationing at Port A for the past 4 years and have had lots of trouble with other properties and their management companies. This was such a nice change. When we first arrived, we realized the water wasn't running. We called the management company and Brian, the maintenance guru, showed up in 10 minutes and addressed the water immediately (it was just a button that needed to be switched due to an electronic pressure monitoring system). A few days later, we realized someone had taken our trash bins. We called the management property and Brian called me back right away (it was 10:30pm) and there were new trash cans the next morning and he even took our trash out for us. It was such a breathe of fresh air to have someone address our issues in a timely manner....and they were all so lovely to deal with. I can't wait to book my next stay here!
Itâs updated, clean, with a great garage game room, plenty of space and an awesome golf cart. The kitchen is really well stocked if you like to cook. Itâs super close to restaurants and shops.
The house was really nice. It didn't have enough trash bags for the bathrooms and kitchen on hand. We had to buy our own. Basically, that was main concern. Plus, they didn't pickup our trash bins in a timely manner. Our trash overflowed in the bins. I called our coordinator and she sent out 2 bins that Thursday, so that helped a lot.
