I would absolutely stay here again. Our family truly had a great time. However, before our next stay, I would confirm that a washer and dryer are available, ensure the Internet and TV are working properly, and request a mosquito control spray.
Property was exactly as described. Three different spaces for our families was perfect. We were able to have space for each family and also space to get all of us together. We loved the patio and the quiet street with very little traffic. Having the washer and dryer was excellent.

Everything was great except and beds were comfortable. The only bad things were that the wifi never worked for us and no remote controls were available to watch tv. 😔
The house is clean, spacious, and set up for larger families. We had a total of 14 in our family and the two seperate mother inlaw suites allowed everyone to have room to move about. The location worked best for us being close to the boat ramp. Neighbors were very polite and spoke with us on occasion. the distance from the beach was no issue, we used rental carts. Would recomend to others and plan on going back ourselves

The property is very impressive. Each room is large and comfortable. The backyard is larger than expected. We had 6 children all safe in the fenced in area. The detached apartment is probably the best feature. If you want a private area that feels luxurious, spacious and still a party of the main party, this space is for you! I would recommend bringing extra blankets however they do provide extra pillows. We wished we had packed a baking dish for a casserole.the kitched had a baking sheet, pots and pans. The location was wonderful, very close to the beach, shopping and other attractions. Beach sunset viewable from entry way at main level of the main house. Small porch but prefect for ab couple people to stand and have coffee while taking in the beautiful sky. We had one issue but the property was very responsive and had their team address it right away! Even though it was on Christmas eve at 9pm!! Fantastic experience with that! Our stay was alright. Nothing special, but it's hard to find a property large enough to accommodate our group size that isn't 800/night.Overall, property was clean and as pictured. Builder/construction took some short cuts/shorted themselves on time. Drawers in the kitchen stuck/had to be pushed down to be opened, window screens did not fit which let in flies when I opened them to air out smoke from cooking bacon.Cooking utensils were literally falling apart. I wish I'd brought my own. Out of all the rentals I've stayed at in Port A, this was the least well-appointed. There was a set of pots and pans, and plates/bowls/cups, etc, but very little outside that.I appreciated that there was essentially separate quarters on the ground floor and at the back of the property (accessed through a gate in the fence). There's no door in the 1 bedroom apartment between the bedroom and the living room, and a sizable gap around the barn door to the bathroom.The efficiency/studio on the ground floor by the garage had ants in the bed. We know bugs are expected and unavoidable, but bugs in the bed, under the covers was definitely not on our bingo card. Just be aware, and maybe bring a hand vacuum.Layout of the main house upstairs was fine. The washer/dryer was squeezed into a weird little hallway/closet, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't an issue for us.I think the property was listed for sale? If it was, I wouldn't buy, but it was fine for a weekend stay.
