This 5 bedrooms 3.5 bath home is directly on the beach. Some of the best views Port A has to offer are found on the 2 14x30 foot decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the 3rd floor you will find the perfect place to gather in an open living room, kitchen and dining room. The third floor balcony is only accessible by the outside stairs leading from the second floor balcony. Come and relax in luxury at this one of a kind beachfront home! There is also a heated community pool. Per HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed in the driveway and parking for 1 in the garage. The house was large enough for our group of 12 to all have some space. The third story balcony had the best view of the ocean! The property management was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and the maintenance man even came on site and built ramps for my brother to get over the small door lips in his wheelchair so he could make it onto the balcony. If you are in need of an accessible home, just know that there are several 3-4” lips to doorways in and around the home, and there is not a shower that is wheelchair accessible. The view couldn’t be beat, we loved spending time out on the large deck enjoying the cool Gulf breeze and looking out and taking in the sights and sounds of the waves. The home seemed fairly new and well maintained, great AC, appliances all worked well, and kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion was that maybe they could replace the grill, it has seen better days but it was convenient that they had one at the house. The elevator made it easy to bring everything in and pack it all back out, since the main floor is the third floor (best views!). Our grandkids loved all the sand toys and boogie boards provided. I’ve been coming to Port A for over 50 years and have stayed in many condos and home rentals. The Pearl is by far the nicest we’ve found so far, to fit our big family. The views and proximity to the beach are what made us rent this house a 2nd year. Minor maintenance issues exist but no different from any high turnover property- and they address issues same day. The main room is bright and open. Lots of windows. Warning you need to be able to climb stairs. The elevator was not available to us. It was perfect for our family. The views were to die for and it was a short walk to the ocean. The home was clean but could use a few small fixes (stairway handrail-third floor patio door-TV's didn't work due to parts being stolen). Tracy was amazing and quick to reply when we couldn't figure out the TV situation (it was raining!) We HIGHLY recommend this home. We made memories that will last a lifetime!! ##### Nicole M. House was clean but has maintenance issues (pealing paint AC vents, ceiling fan not working, loose hand rails etc). Biggest disappointment was the outdoor furniture which is very uncomfortable and in disrepair. The view off the balcony is great, but poor furniture made it difficult to enjoy.
