Mi casa es su casa! Welcome to our centrally located home. We are two blocks from South Padre Island Drive, right behind Moore Plaza.

Our casa is conveniently located on the south side of Corpus Christi.

15 minutes to the beach ⛱️

7 minutes to TAMUCC and the naval air station. ✈️

10 minutes from downtown and north beach.

We are basically a songs 🎵 drive from most locations in the area! 🎉

A perfect spot for families, business travelers, and friends!
The space
Located close to everything, our casa consists of a full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, reading/office space, washer/dryer, and full bath.

Guests have access to laundry and two parking spaces.

The house is set up like a duplex. The main house is the casa.

There is a small Casita connected to it via a long hallway.

Both sides can be rented. If not, the other side is dead bolted from both sides and a sound barrier is put in place.
