Easy to access, right in the middle of town and a quick drive to the beach. Included all of the amenities you would expect in a rental home from utensils, bowls, glasses, shampoo and even provided beach towels which was a nice plus. Had all the little things that some vacation rentals tend to miss. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Big 2 car driveway, and great closest space with hangers. Downstairs bedroom with own bath is perfect for grandparents, and master and big bunk room upstairs next to kitchen and living. VERY clean. I think that dust and dirt might be afraid of this place. 2\. It is in a great location. About a 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach. 3\. Plenty of towels and washcloths and beachtowels. 4\. They have little soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Which was great as my youngest forgot those items. 5\. Dishsoaps and washer tabs provided. 6\. Did I mention how clean this place is? 7\. The unit is managed by VACASA. While the issue with the drain was not fixed during our stay it is clear that the unit is being cleaned and monitored well. The not so great. 1\. Downstairs shower did not drain well. I did send noticed to the management company. However we reported in on a Saturday morning and when we left the following Tuesday it had still not been fixed. 2\. The grounds are kept and clean. It is just not the prettiest of places. 3\. Tip: the front loading washer door has the typical gunk and smell as the door cannot be left open. We simply cleaned it up and then left the closet door and the washer door open to air out between loads. ##### Heather S. This is by far the best vacation home I have stayed at yet. It was located near so much. The ambiance and decor of the home was stunning and the property so well kept. Reviewer Comments: We typically have rented closer to the beach but chose not too this time and just loved being in old town. This townhouse is so new and clean and the downstairs was perfect for my mother in law to have her own space. We loved this unit and will rent it again.
