The knobs on the shower were a bit corroded. Porch light didn’t work. All in all, it was convenient for what we needed and we were comfortable, but it wasn’t a five star hotel. Called Vacasa and they had to install a new lock box. After a week there and wanting to do laundry, washer didn’t work. Took a couple days to get it fixed. Then, drier didn’t work. So it was fixed the next day. Then when it got super cold in the area, the heater did t work. Then the last week I was there, I noticed mice. Honestly, it was a bad experience. The maintenance team, tried to do their best. I was offered some kind of compensation but only a fraction of my stay. Which I thought was a little ridiculous since I stayed there a little over 30 days. I still don’t know if I’m gonna get it, so we’ll see. But location was good. ##### David G. And it was unsafe. The back door did not lock properly which we didn't notice until our last night. The private laundry room they advertise is BS because the washer doesn't even work. The bed frames were broken and very cheap. The deadbolt on the front door did not look without the key. I've never had so many issues with a rental.
