This newly remodeled, one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of a home. With all new furniture, the open living room is made up of a large couch, loveseat, an overstuffed matching leather armchair, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with granite countertops, white cabinets, appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, a closet, a dresser, a bench, a corner rocker, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tile tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Just off of the kitchen area is a custom built-in Twin bunk bed, for small children Only. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters. Close to the beach, pretty spacious place. Only downside is it sleeps 6 but only has one restroom and it’s only access is through the master bedroom. That part was pretty inconvenient especially when you’re traveling with your teenagers and they need to use the restroom overnight or early morning. Host responded quickly with any questions we had.
