The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex before. Pool area is nice for the kids after a long day at the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked, However, the TV in the master bedroom did not work and the beds are not great. Super thin cheap linens and bedding. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the time. The staff was helpful when needed and not bothersome. Had to enter the house 1 time for a maintenance and called to ensure it was at a good time. Kitchen reasonably equipped, and other areas were nice. Just a couple of nice to knows. The table is a high top, pool is not heated so Jan and Feb do not expect to swim, Wi-Fi worked well enough to work home home in all rooms, including the outside sitting area. I spent most afternoons there working. The island is foggy many mornings, with heavy dew and would usually warm up and clear up by 10 or noon. The place was clean, and beautiful, perfect for a family vaccation, when we booked our trip they had nothing on the website saying they were having roofing done during the time we would be staying. The first 3 mornings we woke up at 7am to banging on the roof, and my son was unable to wonder around due to roofing nails on the ground and an air compressor without guards that would had copped his fingers off if he was to get too curious.we had the roofers in our private patio area, which was awkward having them easily look inside and see us. We loved that we were able to bring our fur babies as well as our kiddos, it was nice and dark, stayed nice a cool during the August heat. Washer and dryer worked wonderfuly and they provided enough paper towles and toilet paper that we didnt have to use any that we brought. ##### Courtney D. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this complex many times over the years . We were a little disappointed to find that the units were getting new roofs and so there was a lot of noise during the day . The pool area has sustained some damage and there was a large area sectioned off for the roofers and there was limited space to accommodate our group. Pool was not very clean. It was not up to par to what we had experienced in the past. Unit could use a little TLC. Minor things like dishes and kitchen items were haphazardly put in many different places. We had to rearrange and put items back where they belonged. Toilet in main bathroom’s toilet handle was loose and a hanging rack in main bedroom fell off the wall when I tried to hang a towel .
