The kids’ room has a broken bed and the other one seems like it might be a little unstable as well. The bottom of the toilet lids have gross stains on them. I would recommend replacing. We had the place right across from the pool entrance which was convenient, it did get loud in the late afternoon/evening with people playing music. Multiple groups playing different genres of music. Reviewer Comments: We spent a month at Village by the Beach beginning the second week of December. This was our second time at this condo and we enjoyed spending the holidays at the beach. It is a clean, comfortable rental in a great location. Customer service was great; very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend. We loved that it’s a family-friendly property and perfectly located by a pool, bbq grills and a short walk from the beach and drive from restaurants! There’s even a grocery store nearby!
