Check in was super easy. The beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be that the furniture in the common areas was quite uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a comfortable couch to lounge on with the family after a long day at the beach. The couches were old and lumpy and the chairs in the breakfast area were also pretty uncomfortable. Overall, a great experience, but I think an update on some furniture would make a world of difference. ##### Aylin T. They evacuated visitors before we even checked in. Because we didn’t get traveler’s insurance, we lost our payment. The more we looked around things just got worse. We had to wash every dish we wanted to use, fridge was gross, they have roaches, exposed nails on the baseboards, and a few things fell off the wall that were only secured by using double sided tape (I.e. signs by the door and the carbon monoxide detector). Convenient to beach. Pool is nice. Extra towels were helpful. Freezer wasn't cold enough to keep food frozen or make ice. The guard on the fridge door fell off and I broke a bottle of wine. Nobody could figure out how to work the TVs and we had to troubleshoot to get internet working. Many of the racks/hooks are barely hanging on. Soaps are cheap. Some lamps don't work. Decor/games/furniture are dated/damaged and it feels a bit neglected. I noticed things that I'd seen others write long ago in reviews and figured would have been fixed. I texted during our stay but got no response. Hard to know if I was using the right method of contact because it's unclear who my contact was. I never had a name. None of these things were so horrible that I would refuse to go back but they would play into my decision and require an adjustment to my expectations, which are already on the lower side in these kinds of situations. ##### Jade D.
