Perfectly positioned between two major beach access roads, getting to the sand is quick and easy by golf cart or car. This home is one of just eight cottages in the community and features a private patio that opens up to the shared swimming pool and recreation area. There's even a charcoal grill located directly behind the cottage, making it easy to spend your afternoons swimming, grilling, and enjoying island time without ever leaving the neighborhood. Best of all, you can enjoy this slice of paradise right from the living room windows. We have been coming to Port A for many years and this is one of our favorite places to stay so far. The house layout was very open and there was enough room for 3 families. The house was clean and decorated nicely. The location was perfect with a short distance to the shops and the beach. The communication and feedback with the homeowners were excellent. Loved the pool right out our door Lovely except for Saturday night at 1:30 am we were awaken by a large group of women in MuMu's chanting outside. Woke the baby too so no sleep that night. Condo is conveniently located, spacious, clean and comfortable! Parking is ample, we had 3 small cars and could still fit 2 small golf carts behind the cars and stay within our designated area. Pool is nice, would love some shade over it though! No problems! Pictures did not do this beautiful place justice! The owner was easy to contact from the moment I made the reservations until the day we checked out. Everything was perfect! The condo was well-stocked, very clean, and perfect for our family. It's not extremely easy to find places that will comfortably accommodate three couples and five children, but the layout of this condo gives every couple privacy and a great bunk room with TV for all the kids. In addition, as always, we rent a golf cart and our car is never cranked throughout the entire visit. That's what I love about Port A! ##### janet b. The hospitality began before our trip and lasted through out. The location is perfect. The cottage is decorated in the most adorable and updated beachy vibe. There are all of the comforts of home. The owners have thought of everything. True attention to detail. We traveled as a large family (my husband and I and our 2 small children, my sisters family with three small children, and our parents.) The set up was ideal. I absolutely would visit here again in a heartbeat. Though this did not apply to us... the cottage is also handicap accessible. It slept 9 of us very comfortably and had everything we could possibly need. The netflix was really nice after long days on the beach. The only complaint we had was that we were told we could show up any time the day of arrival and left very early on our 8 hour drive to avoid traffic. When we got to the house and unloaded everything we noticed a few things out of place but thought nothing of it. The cleaning crew arrived and were kind of rude and told us we had to move everything, take our cars, and leave for four hours. This was kind of frustrating after an 8 hour drive and no sleep but was probably just a miscommunication. Not just like “oh look there’s a roach in here on the floor” but waking up at 3am to a roach crawling across your skin…twice. The coffee maker had pink mold growing inside of it, and the microwave didn’t work. During our stay I left a voicemail and sent an email but still have not received a reply or call back. This was my second time to rent this house and other than that it’s really not a bad place to stay, but I’ll probably be looking for a different house with a different proprietor when I come back next month. ##### Brandon C. Really well planned out cluster of beach houses. Well maintained and furnished, very clean. Great pool area. The pool is smallish but plenty big for children and sitting on the side benches with a beverage. I expected to have to clean something, expected to find something off. But no. It was 5 star hotel clean. It was so spacious. We had 9 people in our group.
