The dock, of course, is also a prime spot for fishing, sunning, or just dipping your toes in while you read a good book. This is a vacation home built for outdoor relaxing. Wind down in the shade on the covered patio, or enjoy the sunshine on the upper or lower decks that overlook the canal. INSIDE THE HOUSE The relaxation continues indoors. The bright, open living space, with its vaulted ceilings and cheery beach-themed décor, flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and a cupboard full of cards and board games to enjoy after a day at the beach. Take a deck of cards out to the lower deck and play while grilling burgers on the grill! The modern, fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and wine fridge, is the perfect space to prepare for a dinner party -- or cook a casual meal for family. The dining area has plenty of room for 8! Our Key Allegro property’s unique sleeping quarters ensure maximum relaxation, too. You’ll love waking up in the sunlit master bedroom, complete with king-size bed, which opens through French doors onto its very own upper deck. The guest suite is just as comfortable, with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bunk room, located downstairs, is accessed by outdoor stairs, completely separate from the upstairs quarters: a perfect way to let (older) kids enjoy their own space while you get a good night’s sleep. The boat dock has plenty of space to tie a boat up, however the boat lift is not available for use -- it has a boat on it year-round. Swimming in the canal is not advised due to shallow water and unknown debris. \*\*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. The house was in good location with nice back porch and dock. Furnishings a little worn down but they were ok for the stay. Day one of our vacation we noticed a leak in the bottom bedroom anytime we showered on the top floor, also a window seal leak. We did not make a big deal, we notified the renters and managed it with buckets and keeping area dry. They told us they had an open ticket and expect a discount of some sort or a type of refund. To this date no communication from the rental company. Make sure the leak is fixed other wise you will be dealing with it instead of relaxing. Besides the leaks I would recommend ##### Cristian L. We basically only slept there. The only disappointing and aggravating thing, was I needed to get in early (11AM). I was only needing to put my cold items in the frig. I was not going to stay there. My brother has a house 2 doors down and we were there the whole time other than to sleep. When I called to see if I could do this, I was told no. There was no one there and the place had already been cleaned. This is the FIRST time this has happened to me. Usually landlords are very accommodating and trying to help renters get in as soon as possible...........however, that is NOT what happened at the frog life. It just really left a bad tasted in my mouth knowing I had paid for the weekend, the house was clean and no one was there, and I couldn't get in. Cords missing to devices so they are unable to be used. Tv never would change channels. Cracks in the walls. All showers have mold in them. The purple bedroom shower door does not slide. Ice machine does not make ice. Smoke alarms are either missing or do not work. Kayak lift doesn't work. Railing on upper back deck is loose in places. House definitely has a couple major safety concerns that need addressed soon before someone gets hurt or sick from the mold. My family and I really enjoyed the deck area on the water. It was very easy for our boys to fish and they loved the kayaks too. Our boys also enjoyed the bunk room being away from the other rooms. The beds were ver comfortable in the house. We liked the big kitchen but they do need to add more frying pans, better knives, Tupperware, and containers with lids to the kitchen.
