All on first floor so no stairs to contend with. A nice little porch to have your coffee in the morning and a common BBQ spot if you want to grill out. Super clean with plenty of room to relax and unwind. A really comfy king bed with black out curtains so you can sleep in on the coast! It’s also very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Make sure tho that if you plan on cooking, you do bring spices, etc and coffee, there were none of those offered and I didn’t see any laundry detergent so you may want to bring that too if you plan on doing any laundry.
