Come and play at our Blue Hawaiian VW97 island house! The floor plan was designed to give you great spaces to enjoy your time. The open kitchen, living room, and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family time. The dining room table seats 12 to accommodate large families. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and has a king size bed. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, including a separate suite that has a king along with a private bath, mini fridge, wine cooler, and coffee pot. This suite can be locked off from the rest of the home. The home offers many extras like a rooftop deck which offers sunset views. STR#7469230 Before a stay at Village Walk please plan in accordance to the rules below: 1) Blue Hawaiian VW97 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. There is a golf cart parking place. 2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes. 3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 97\. Reviewer Comments: We all enjoyed the beautiful unit as it felt homey, was super attractive, super clean and had every thing we needed to cook....including a BBQ PIT. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Blue Hawaii located in the gated community of Village Walk that had not 1 but 2 heated pools. The unit was clean and roomy supplying everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Pot A Escapes were available to help and assist with any needs that arose. Reviewer Comments: Place was great. Well equipped and nicely appointed. Did not know you could not walk to the beach from property. There is no walking path to the beach.
