Beachway #3 Private Balcony / Pet Friendly

  • Beachway #3 is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in the Beachway Community in Port Aransas,
    Texas, and one of only two units in the 12-home complex that welcomes dogs. With a 10-guest
    capacity and a third bedroom that sleeps four on its own, it is the natural choice for families
    where the kids' sleeping situation is usually the hardest part to plan.
    White shiplap runs from the kitchen to the ceiling, lit by two gold rattan pendant lights above the
    island. Green bar stools line the kitchen counter, giving the room a coastal-cabin feel that stands
    apart from the neutral tones elsewhere in the complex. The kitchen is equipped with stainless
    steel appliances including a gas top burner stove, a coffee maker, and a fully stocked pantry. A
    half bath is off the kitchen, and a back door leads to the private pool area. An outdoor shower is
    on the side of the house.
    All three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed
    and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and its own TV. The third bedroom is set
    up for a family group: a privacy wall divides the space between two twin single beds on one side
    and a twin-over-full bunk bed on the other. This room has an ensuite bath and a private balcony.
    Smart TVs are in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are on the second floor.
    The gas top burner stove gives you more control over cooking than a standard electric range.
    The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, cooking tools, and a dining table for the group,
    with kitchen bar seating for overflow.
    Out back, the fenced-in pool is private and accessible from the main floor. Teal Adirondack
    chairs and an astroturf lawn make it a simple outdoor setup. The rooftop deck, accessed from
    the second floor, looks across the Port Aransas skyline. Pool heating to 80-85 degrees is
    available on request for an added fee.
    Wi-Fi and cable are included throughout. Smart TVs in every bedroom handle entertainment.
    Self check-in via keypad. Free parking for up to three cars in assigned spots on-site.
    The Beachway Community is in the center of Port Aransas, walkable to the main restaurant and
    bar strip and a short ride to the beach. The community is golf cart accessible, and cart rentals
    are available nearby.
    For families traveling with a dog and kids who need their own sleeping space, Beachway #3 is
    built for exactly that combination.

    Pet policy: Dogs 45 lbs. or under are welcome with a $75 per-stay fee. One pet maximum. Dogs
    must be kenneled when left alone. Breed restrictions apply. Please confirm with the host before
    booking.

    Other Things To Note:
    * Pet Policy: Beachway Bungalow #3 is a dog-friendly property (subject to weight and breed restrictions). Dogs that are 45 pounds or less are welcome provided you kennel them if left alone in the house and you clean up after them. We charge a fee of $75 per stay (one pet only), please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet so that we can approve of their stay.

    * Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
    $50-$100 will be charged.

    *Max 3 cars - Assigned parking spaces.

Amazing stay in clean and comfortable space!!

We have staying in many vacation rentals in Port Aransas and this was by far the cleanest and best experience. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, quiet rooms and wonderful accommodations for our large family. We also enjoyed the heated pool and lovely balcony views! Management was quick to respond, helpful and easy to work with!

Simple, clean, No beach or pool towels. Bring laundry pods. No closets. Only One roll of paper towels. Kind of like hotel and less like a vrbo or home away. Clean not a lot of clutter and decor. No closets. Builder grade. Very simple . Huge kitchen. Small pool that was perfect.Beds are very bouncy mattress, frames are wooden and do creek a bunch when you roll Over in the night. The windows in master bedrooms were not blackout and it was very bright all night. The high school parking lot is on that side and so there were lights from the parking lot all night. Bring an eye mask if you like dark sleep and maybe leave your husband at home if he rolls at night .. lol
