#### Nice getaway!

Comfortable for two adults but gets a little tight adding kids… we were okay with it though as it was a last minute booking for us when our camping plans fell through due to storms. Property manager was excellent and so quick to fix any issues that occurred while we stayed. The location was awesome. The quickest walk to the beach. Such a must with little kids. And parking right outside the door made unloading and packing very simple.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a few days at El Constante just my husband and I and our daughter before she went back to college. This was our third stay at El Constante and we continue to enjoy our stay each and every time. The rooms are always clean and nice. The beach is so convenient and clean, just get there early to get a spot. We look forward to our next visit.

#### Great Condo!

Overall the property was good. The apartment itself was very clean. Smelled great upon arrival. The pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable but not a big deal. My only realy complaint would be the pool. I did complain to the office as this is on them. The pool was very dirty and appeared like they did not clean it daily, though they said they do. It also seemed like there was no chlorine in it. Other than that, the place was great and I would give them another chance.

Reviewer Comments: Noise from condo above started Wednesday, sounded like heavy furniture being moved, Thursday from pertruding above balcony furniture and stuff came over and down to our patio area. Had to stay off our patio area and we felt restricted from existing our condo. Very noisy. Friday noise was more intense and major construction material came from above patio: cabinets, sheet rock, sinks, etc. Existing our condo even more restrictive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come here every year, love the property being so close to the beach and water. The people are friendly and generally very helpful. This year we weee disappointed in the condo we stayed in. We loved the location of it, but the unit was not clean upon our arrival. The floors were not swept, the counters and tables were not wiped down. When using the shower, water ran out onto the floor, when we reported it we were told someone would come look at it, they never did. This was the first time in our many stays that we had issues.

The condo overall is nice. First time renting this particular one. Only complaint is the stove seems like it’s from 1985\. The burners do not set level on it, the trays underneath seem to be the wrong size so they lean and makes cooking interesting. Its so close to the wall scared to use two of them, heat/grease splatter. The microwave is so close to the wall you can only open the door about a quarter of the way. Hard to get a plate in/out.

The walk is so short that you can spend the day on the beach but retreat to the condo for bathroom breaks and meals. The walk in shower is really nice! Clean, comfortable and with the office staff on site to help with anything this place is perfect. The pool is amazing as well. We loved our visit!
