Also, we were checked on to make sure nothing was needed several times during our stay and if anything wasn't working or needed replacement, it was taken care of immediately. We had 12 in our family stay here for a week and everyone was comfortable and happy. Walk/drive to the beach was not bad at all, we went every night! Kids loved the pool as well. This property was perfect for what we needed. They had everything to go to beach (chairs, sun tent, toys, and wagon) that saved us from having to pack everything. The location is superb and the beach is right around the corner. This townhome was very well thought out and the attention to detail a delight. Plenty of room and very clean. This property is only 25 minutes to the Texas State Aquarium and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay including a beach wagon, sand toys and 4 chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked except for an ice maker. Easy to run out of ice with a family of 6\. It had plenty of sleeping places. This property was absolutely perfect!! It was the perfect location- there is a walking path to the beach or a super short golf cart ride/drive. The host was amazing with impeccable communication both ahead of time as well as checking in throughout our stay. They had so many great extras that really enhanced our experience- boogie boards for the kids, a speaker, milkshake machine, full spice cupboard, beach chairs, etc. The room with bunk beds and a pull out mattress was also so perfect for a kids room!
