Welcome to A Sight for Shore Eyes, a spacious beachfront home in Port Aransas built for a big group. With three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and room for ten, everyone has space to spread out. Please note: The third floor and garage are not available to guests. Spend your days on the sand just steps away, grill out and dine on the wraparound deck with Gulf views, and gather back inside for easy island evenings. With Port Aransas dining, shops, and the beach all close by, it is a comfortable basecamp for a Gulf Coast getaway with family and friends.



The Space:

A Sight for Shore Eyes is an elevated, multi-level beach house in Port Aransas, set right along the sand with sweeping Gulf views and a wraparound deck made for soaking them in. Please note: The third floor and garage are not available to guests.



The main living level is bright and open, with a comfortable living area, a full kitchen with an island and bar seating, and a dining space that all flow together and out to the deck. On the deck and around the home you will find room for the whole group to relax and regroup after a day at the beach.



Whether you are here to fish, swim, watch the ships roll by, or simply unwind with family and friends, this home gives everyone space to land steps from the water.

Primary Bedroom features a king bed with an en-suite bath and Gulf views.

Guest Bedroom features a queen bed with an en-suite bath.

Bunk Room features an en-suite bath and multiple built-in bunks, ideal for kids and extra guests.

Three full bathrooms plus a half bath. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.



Kitchen & Living

The full kitchen is equipped to cook for a crowd, with an island, bar seating, and a dining area, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. The open living area has comfortable seating and a TV, and it opens right out to the deck.



Outdoor Space

The wraparound deck is the heart of this home, with covered dining, bar seating, loungers, all overlooking the Gulf. At ground level there is a BBQ grill, covered parking, a half bath, and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Guests do not have access to the third floor or the garage of the beach house.

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles at ground level.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around. Port Aransas is reached from Corpus Christi via the JFK Causeway (Hwy 361), or the free Port Aransas ferry from Aransas Pass; Corpus Christi International Airport is about 45 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests; only registered guests are permitted.

- Minimum age to book is 25.

- This home is not pet-friendly.

- No smoking, parties, or events.

- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles; the third level and garage are not available for guest use.

- Trash: a dumpster / brown trash can is located on the beach.

- Exterior security cameras are located below the house on the ground level.
