5 Bedroom Home nestled in the heart of South Side Corpus Christi TX! Located in highly desired Club Estates, this home offers the convenience of being close to shops, dining etc but the luxury of a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
The home offers 5 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom is located at the front of the home for added privacy.
Enjoy SUPER tall cathedral ceilings, an open floorplan, a standing bar, abundant natural lighting and an original (unique) round fireplace!
Very pet friendly home, please note that the fee is Per Pet, Per Stay.
Absolutely NO EVENTS allowed. No loud noise is permitted on the property (i.e. music, outside noise, etc.) If we are notified of a noise complaint we reserve the right to have guests removed from the property with no refund.
TUESDAY GUESTS - Please note that if you are a guest at this home on Tuesday, we ask that you bring the trash bins out to the curb as the city picks up trash on Wednesday morning. If you are still in the home on Wednesday, please pull cans back in. Failure to pull trash cans out and/or bring cans back in will result in a fee of $75.00 as we will need to pay to have someone remove and discard the trash from trash cans.
NOTE: This home is sprayed by Fox Pest every month, however it is located near the bay and because of this, guests might see a water bug or the occasional roach. Please Do not reserve this home if water bugs or the occasional roach will ruin your stay or cause you to leave a bad review.
