The location was ideal, everything was kept well, clean and comfortable. The Bad. Taking luggage, ice chest and things in general were either difficult or impossible due to the steep stairs to the third floor. The building was not equipped with an elevator. Microwave did not work. both issues were listed in reviews by previous renters and claimed to have been fixed but they were never addressed. AC stayed at 77 degrees it was a smart thermostat so no matter what it was manually set to electronically it stayed at its preset temp (it was only mid 70 outside but humid) rental company VERCASA answered and and all of our issues / concerns with autogenerated text answers and never attempted to assist. I placed a review on those listing for the property but it would not post a negative review for people to see.
