This property is not beach front, but that is not really an issue as everyone drives onto the beach on Mustang Island. The condo is located close to several good restaurants and a grocery store and it is within walking distance to the Marina. I brought my 26' sailboat and kept it in a slip at the Marina and we sailed almost daily. The San Juan restaurant is just up the street so you can have a great dinner and a margarita and then walk home. The condo complex sits back a bit from the two lane road (25 mph speed limit) so it is quiet and relaxed. The property owner was very responsive and was a great host. ##### Jonathan A.
