Short Term Registration Number: 348437 Welcome to your beach getaway at Sea Isle Village. Start your mornings off with coffee on your patio with a beautiful view of the dunes and enjoy the sounds of the birds and waves. Terrific place to unwind after a day at the beach. We love that the condo is a short walk to the beach, it makes bathroom breaks and lunch breaks easy for a day on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with your basic cooking and eating essentials. We definitely have the morning coffee covered whether you are a drip coffee or Keurig user, just pack your favorite flavor of coffee. The blender is dandy for evening margaritas with a view! Cleaning up is easy with the dishwasher and cleaning supplies under the sink. We even have spills covered with rags provided under the sink. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with a view out to the dunes or on the patio. Either way it is a fabulous place to spend time with family over a bite to eat. The living room is a grand place for your family time, playing board games, cards, and puzzles that are provided on the TV stand. Kicking back with a movie on your favorite subscription service is just like at home with the large smart TV. Relaxing in bed is first-rate with smart TVs in both bedrooms. The bedroom on the left has 1 queen bed that overlooks the dunes. Nothing says vacation like lying in bed with coffee and a view! The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Need to charge your phone, plug in a CPAP machine? No problem, both bedrooms have bedside lamps with USB and outlets built in with plenty of shelving to put everything. We even have a few books for late night or beach reading. In the hall is the second bathroom with a shower/tub and a door leading to the bedroom. Both bathrooms will have your shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a black microfiber cloth for makeup removal. There is only one hairdryer in the unit. Whether at home or at your beach condo, laundry never goes away. Throw a load in the large washer and dryer in the hall and off to the beach you go! The beach towels provided are also great to use at the large pool down the stairs and to the left of the building. Rinse off at the surfboard shower and relax by the pool in loungers or seating areas. You can bring your music, just keep it family friendly. We love that the pool is large and has a true deep end. Don't forget to do a cannonball! There is a lot to do on the property, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, a large playground and corn hole. The closet to the right of the office under the stairs has all the sports equipment needed to be borrowed and returned. We also have several park style BBQ grills and picnic tables across the property, so don't forget your charcoal! You will find a few beach toys and boogie boards in the bench seat on the patio, but if you need more you can borrow some from the sports closet; just don't forget to return them. Our beach walk is by buildings D & E. It has an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse those beach toys and sandy feet off. The beach walk is about a football field's length to the beach at marker #3\. It’s sidewalk most of the way and turns into a blue mat over the dunes making it easy to pull a wagon or cooler. The walk is pedestrian traffic only, no golf carts. The walk is even lighted for your evening stroll on the beach. There is plenty of parking on the property and you will have 1 assigned space and there is an overflow of parking for additional vehicles. Yes, we are in the golf cart district, and you can park the carts in the golf cart spots or in your assigned space. We even have parking for your trailer or boat in the overflow parking. The boat parking section has electricity for charging motors and water to rinse off your boat. We take care of our fishermen and women with our fish cleaning station by the overflow parking. The station has water and electricity so late-night cleaning, and electric knives are perfect. Often on our Texas beaches tar comes ashore. This can be very messy and hard to clean. Please feel free to use the rags under the sink and rubbing alcohol to make cleaning up easier. When you are ready to adventure off the property anywhere in Port A is an easy walk, golf cart ride or drive from your condo. 1/2 mile from the condo is the fishing pier, golf cart beach access, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, boutiques, souvenir shops, surf shops, and several bars. Need more ideas for family friendly places, in your condo is a folder full of brochures and menus for all around the island. We want all our guests to feel at home so if you need anything during your stay let us know and we will take care of it! We are easy to access either through VRBO or by stopping in the office at Sea Isle Village. It's just a short walk across the dunes to get to the water. The unit has plenty of room for multiple guests, and it's a lot nicer than other units we've rented in Port A proper. Very clean, updated and perfect for a family of 6 (2 adults & young 4 kids). When it’s just us, we spend most of our days at the beach, so we just need a place to crash that’s close to the beach. This is the perfect place to do that. For us, staying on the ground floor is key, so I don’t have to haul all the beach stuff upstairs, also, the concrete walkway to the beach was clutch. Much better than the wooden decks/walkways. Tv & Internet were perfect for the kids in the evening. The complex was quiet and accommodating. The kids loved the pool, playground and the staff were great. Tammy and her crew were helpful and polite. We’ve been going to Port A for some time now and have bounced around, staying at different places every time. Master rooms having its own bathroom in the upstairs condo faced the parking lot instead of the ocean front. The parking spaces for building H were unmarked, therefore 2 of 4 parking spaces were not available because other people parked their cars and never moved them,, we should have been provided with 3 designated parking spaces. The problem is that people rent golf carts to run around, so they park their cars at other parking spaces, and park their rented golf cart in their numbered parking spaces, management were not enforcing the policy rules. Building H is newest addition and parking is cramp because the maintenance building is located adjacent. Tammy Birk was very nice and very helpful, however the two cars parked infront of building H belonged to other guests in the adjacent building (not the house keepers), this cause a great inconvenience in unloading and loading our vehicles. Again the two vehicles never moved until Sunday afternoon, they belonged to customers who had rented golf carts and they were using their parking space for the golf carts. We had rented for Fri thru Monday noon. Had to leave Sunday afternoon due to constant Ember Phone alerts of pending hurricane approaching and the beach being evacuvated on Sunday. ##### Johnny J. We had a fantastic time at this property. The beach is just over the sand dune. We had an issue with the washing machine which was promptly fixed. Property is nice and condo is so new and pretty. Had everything you needed and even a blender😊the property should consider a raised boardwalk since you have to wade through a little bit of water getting to beach.
