"The employee who checked us in told us that breakfast ended at 10 but it actually ended at nine. The room was cold there weren't enough blankets and the heater was making a terrible noise a couple of times so we had to turn it off."

"Floors dirty- never cleaned behind moveable bench. Towels shabby, sheets smelly. Staff were very friendly. I booked a room for 3. Room said “sleeps 3” but only one bed. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Neither the hotel or hotels.com were helpful."
