"Overall, the property and staff were good. We had an issue with a very strong odor in our room on day one and the front desk was quick to accommodate another room with a better view. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The amenities are very nice, our 15yr son loved the lazy river and bowling. Food was good and a nice selection. We all loved Mike’s, the coffee shop! Beach is peaceful, but does have some rocks definitely can navigate past to get to smooth sand though. For those that want to step off resort there are huts behind the water sports shack that has a hotel security guard posted.
Our only dislike was how hard the beds are.
Two staff that made us feel very welcomed and deserving of recognition are Akeem, our server @ La Locanda and the manager Mike."
