"Good hotel in downtown Albany. Easy in and out of the parking lot using the hotel room key. Good breakfast in the dining room. Comfortable and well-appointed room. Will likely stay here again."

"This is a very conveniently located hotel adjoined to Albany Medical Center. There is an enclosed walkway from hospital to hotel. The hotel is decorated tastefully. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price ( except for the cranberry juice which was starting to go bad - that tangy taste and tingly on tongue). Pool area definitely needs an upgrade also. Apparently there was a hot tub before. All they did was tile over the space. Every single tile in the pool area is a shad of beige- no plants, very few chairs. Our room was very nice. A secure bar in shower, lots of hot water, very clean, refrigerator, small microwave, and a coffee pod maker."

"The property owner was non-responsive to our messages after the first message or the voicemail that was left. There were only 3 bath towels for 4 adults (in the owner's defense, she did apologize. I told her that we would make the 3 towels work).The bigger issues were:- that the keyless entry lock quit working, so we had to leave the door unlocked when we left. That was something we were not comfortable with for safety and security reasons. We called and messaged but got no reply. We bought new batteries for the lock, but it still wasn't right.-there were MICE! We caught one on our 3rd night. On our 4th night there were several scurrying around. They were running from the utility closet (whole in wall) and the living room (whole behind the couch). No response to our messages about the mice as well."

"Wonderful accommodations right in the heart of Albany! I was in town for a work trip, and this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. The home was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed after long days of meetings and exploring the city.The foam mattress was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had away from home. The deep soaking bathtub was an unexpected luxury and the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Every detail felt intentional, from the cleanliness to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere.I also have to mention how exceptional the host was. Communication was quick, friendly, and incredibly responsive. When I needed a parking pass, the owner arranged it for us almost immediately, which made arriving and settling in so much easier. While parking isn’t directly in front of the property, I always found a spot very close by and never had an issue.The location could not have been better—close to everything in downtown Albany while still feeling private and relaxing. If you’re visiting for business or pleasure, I can’t recommend this property highly enough. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Five stars all the way! "
