However, the road to get to the chalet from the main road is 10km long with lots of sharp ascending hairpins. Breakfast was a delight, same goes for dinner at Mochi on the 6th floor of the hotel. Highly recommend when visiting Bolzano/Bozen and yes, literally everything in the city is nearby reachable on foot like the Waltherpark itself, but also the historic city, the architecture, the splendid Bozener Dom, the market stalls, a delight surrounded by the Dolomites. The hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the central train station.
