Over all very good hotel ! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is so beautiful/historical ! And the location is perfect for many excellent restaurants and shopping!! No car needed !

The Imperial is well located - we walked to most of the things we wanted to see. You could take an Uber/taxi but the area traffic is congested and the walks are easy. We found that the Imperial was a great place to stay. We had two breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner (plus we wound each day down in their really neatly decorated and themed bar (Fitzgerald).

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was a nice size. We had a triple room and, unfortunately, one of the beds was sunken in on one side making it very uncomfortable. Also, the parking is a few blocks away, so take that into consideration when booking.
