We loved our stay here! Paula is an exceptional host! The house was emaculately clean. Everything (especially the kitchen) was well stocked. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners at the house and always had everything we needed. Everytime we turned around we were finding something new to use in the kitchen. There are games and movies for the kids. The play area outside for the kids was awesome. Everyone in my party made comments of how nice the place was and how it made them feel like they were at home and welcomed there. The furniture was comfortable. The house is conveniently located to go both north to Cincinnati or south to Lexington in the same stay. We just wish it would have been 10 warmer and less wind so we could have sat outside more. I absolutely recommend this farmhouse!

Nice country setting for a getaway. Everything was exactly as described and the host was super helpful. We have stayed at several vrbo homes but this one was by far the vdst stocked. Cupboards had everything you could need and there was even breakfast foods/drinks in the fridge

We had a wonderful stay allbeit cut short due to weather, can't help that. The house is so cute, warm, comfortable and inviting! The views are spectacular!!!! The variety of food provided by Paula for us to eat far exceeded any other non-hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is well furnished, well decorated, superbly CLEAN! The place is exactly as described and pictures are true. Communication with Paula is great, quick to respond and genuinely nice!! Close to the interstate also. I will be staying here again if I'm up this way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The place was as described. Very clean, loved the countryside views. Great sunrise and sunset view. Perfect distance for us visiting the Ark. Owner went above and beyond having some food items there for us. The kids loved all the outdoor and indoor games and a great selection of movies for downtime. Definitely recommend. Have stayed in many VRBO and this was the best stay, felt like home not a hotel. Absolutely loved everything there.

Owner went "above & beyond" our expectations to ensure we enjoyed our stay. It has been the best VRBO we have ever experienced. The countryside is peaceful and relaxing, so the location is ideal. About 10 miles to the ARK Encounter. We felt showered with TLC and all the comforts of home! Highly recommend this wonderful stay!!

The home smelled great and was so clean, the little things the Host did for you was very thoughtful. My family and I absolutely loved the stay on the Jones Farm Retreat! My kids enjoyed every minute of being able to run around on the vast property. Accommodations were amazing! There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with and the entire trip was wonderful. Anything that we had issues with or anything we needed, Paula was very quick to respond and help us with what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and I look forward to booking a future trip at this property!

Love this cute and charming farmhouse with all the amenities and more! Spacious, roomy and very clean with more than adequate sleeping arrangements plus two full baths. And view is spectacular!
