This was a return visit for us. Really pleased yo see the place thrive post covid. The staff were incredibly, helpful and friendly. The hotel, spotless with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Hotel. It was clean and very well equip. Breakfast and Dinner was of buffet style with an excellent selection of authentic dishes and no 2 days were alike. Staff could not be more helpful. Only challenges were the hill up to the Hotel which took some effort to walk and the direction of the air conditioning when in use which blew directly onto right hand side of the bed making it uncomfortable to sleep. But it does not detract from the excellent stay we had too much.

Wonferful tranquil hotel with spectacular scenery. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. The food was very tasty and plentiful. My room had a double bed although i paid for a single room which was an awesome surprise. Excellent shower. Exceptional value for money hence 5 stars. Gouvia is a gem with good transport links to further afield. Thank you

Good value for money. The ladies at the reception were friendly and super helpful. I could see they enjoy their jobs and truly aim to make one’s stay a pleasant one. The room itself is a bit dated - but that we knew from the photos and the price was so inexpensive that one cannot complain. My main concern was the buffet food. Lots of fried stuff that in a minute gets mushy and so is not really a good candidate for buffet food.

The friendly staff absolutely make this hotel- especially the restaurant staff who were brilliant. The hotel is also in a great location and the pool is in a lovely setting.

Well placed to travel around
Fantastic pool area, great staff. Rooms spotless but dated and beds not the most comfortable. Food average, although quality of the snack menu was good and better than the buffet evening meal. Good price for a cheap holiday stay if you want an easy location to get to know Corfu from.

Good family run hotel
Lovely location, excellent and friendly staff, good food, reasonable facilities--this hotel is modest, but quiet and intimate. It's not 4 star and the room comforts are a little basic, but perfectly adequate. Rooms are cleaned daily and management are very helpful. Not near beach, but close to shops, facilities and bus stops. Beautiful views of sea and mountains from rooms and terrace. Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, peaceful stay in excellent location
Stayed here for 7 nights in Sep 17. Pleasant hotel with stunning views overlooking Gouvia coastline. Rooms were cleaned daily; however, beds were not the most comfortable. No fridge or tea making facilities either. Breakfast buffet was a choice of hot or cold food. The hotel was located up a rather steep incline and is not ideal for the less young among us. The bonus of this though was the peace and quiet away from the main road through Gouvia. The pool and bar area was great, however, I didn’t like the sun loungers as they were fixed in such a position you couldn’t sit upright. The hotel felt a bit outdated, especially in the rooms, but I understand a major refurbishment is due during this winter. This didn’t detract from the nice welcoming feeling this hotel had and I would definitely consider visiting again. If you do go, there is a lovely little donkey in a field over the back of the hotel. He loved getting a daily apple from us so please keep him happy by doing so too!!

Almost Paradise Hotel Gouvia
A lovely hotel close to the tavernas shops, bars and beach. The grounds, pool and views are lovely. The hotel sits a little way up a hill but we didn't find this a problem. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were on B&B. Breakfast was varied, hot and cold dishes aplenty We always ate on the terrace with views of Gouvia bay. All the rooms are the same size, ours had three beds and a sea view. The hotel isn't modern but it has an elegant feel to it and is spotlessly clean. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to go back! We were pleasantly surprised by Gouvia, it has just enough good quality tavernas and shops, and only a couple of British style bars. We found the food to be authentic, good quality and good value. Once again the friendliness shone through! Gouvia is a quick and easy bus ride from Corfu Town, a place that I could easily have stayed all week such is its beauty and buzz.

Nice hotel with great staff.
Very nice hotel in quite location 5 miles north of Corfu town. Good breakfast (coffee needs upgrading) included free with room. Recommend having a vehicle to explore island but bus system is adequate if don't mine walking up hill to hotel. Not much to do in area around hotel.

Very relaxing and welcoming hotel
Very helpful staff, great varied breakfast & pool with great views over Corfu. Hotel is nice and quiet being away from the main streets of Gouvia but only a short walk away. Number 7 bus takes you into Corfu town which is great at nighttime for meals and drinks.Can rent vehicles in Gouvia and travel around the island

A real Paradise.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and friendly. A lovely quiet location above the town with stunning views of mountains and sea. Perfect after a busy day. The owner and all her staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfasts were a welcome start to the day. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable stay at the Paradise Hotel!
Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from Gouvia village. Hotel is set is spacious grounds up a small hill making it a peaceful setting for some relaxation, whilst still being close to the shops/bars/restaurants of the village. Bus stop at the end of the road for easy transport links. The room was clean and comfortable (no fridge, but we knew that and just bought bottled water each day). Pool was lovely! And the pool area isn't crowded by lots of sun loungers. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - we would definitely choose the the Paradise again when visiting Gouvia.

A great hotel!
Great trip overall. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive from Corfu town and a 5 minute walk to the little town of Gouvia. Shops, restaurants and bars are all located here and also a nice beach. Access to other amazing beaches are a bus ride away but I would definitely recommend this hotel for location! The breakfast was great, pool was also nice to have and the staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. We were a bit worried about the hill leading up to the hotel but the walk from Gouvia to the hotel only took 4 minutes walking uphill. Overall a great stay in Corfu!

Friendly staff and nice location. The bar outside was outstanding. Thomas was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed while there. Swimming pool was well maintained and the hotel in general was new and comfortable. Definetly going back :)

Great stay
Great hotel up the hill at Gouvia, super-friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria. Rooms clean and comfortable, decent-sized balcony, nice pool, breakfast included. Perfect for access to Gouvia, Corfu Town and the rest of the island. Highly recommended as a base for getting out and seeing and doing things.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks with my husband in July. Forgot to write a review earlier but now while looking for a holiday for next summer, I thought it's time to reflect our stay at Paradise Hotel. When looking for a hotel we wanted a relaxing and quiet oasis with a nice pool area, spacious and modern rooms and good breakfast. We wanted the hotel to be close enough to restaurants and some shops, but not amongst the nigthclubs. We wanted to stay the whole time in one location and make daytrips around the island. Paradise hotel in Gouvia seemed to be everything we were looking for, however it was not and we would not return to this hotel. Pros: -Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was clean. -Nice large pool in a beautiful garden and comfy sunbeds -Beautiful views towards the city Cons: -The food was absolutely the worst part of our stay. Breakfast was just ok, however they run out of eggs, pancakes, bacon etc EVERY morning.You only get 1 small glass of OJ per morning. Dinner was barely eatable. We tried for a week as we had paid for half board, but gave up and ate in Gouvia for the rest of our stay. -The staff seems to be tired of doing this, sometimes even rude. Especially the British ladies (owners?). -20 min up/downhill walk to closest shops and restaurants. -The rooms was nothing like in the pictures, the rooms were run down and smelled wet. There was not enough drawers in our room. It was difficult to keep our clothes in our bags.

Første nat havde vi et pænt superior værelse med kingsize seng, men nedenunder stod en kompressor og larmede natten igennem, så vi fik ikke sovet den nat Næste dag fik vi et andet værelse som var dejligt stille om natten, dog var det en smal seng Hotellet kunne have været mere ærlig omkring byggeriet på nabogrunden, der var en hamren og banken fra om morgenen når vi spiste morgenmad, det var ikke så hyggeligt ☹️ Hotellet var dejligt, rengøringen god, maden perfekt, poolen fin og ren

La struttura si presenta molto bene,è posizionata in una zona tranquilla lontano dai rumori,ma allo stesso tempo vicina alla cittadina di Gouvia (raggiungibile a piedi) ed anche alla bellissima città di Corfū ( a 15 minuti in macchina). Pulizia eccellente!! Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.L’unica pecca il mangiare monotono e niente di che ( sia la colazione che la cena ogni giorno erano praticamente uguali). A parte questo l’hotel merita di essere scelto. Ci torneremo!!

Se non fossi d'accordo con la politica di prendere cibo dal ristorante per la spiaggia, avresti potuto farlo conoscere alla direzione. Mentre rispettiamo il tuo diritto alla tua opinione, ti chiediamo di essere accurati e non vendicativi.

Hôtel de charme !
Cadre agréable,hôtel de charme à taille humaine au calme . La propriétaire et son personnel sont tous à votre écoute et très serviable . Une surprise une chambre rénovée avec balcon sur jardin dans des tons actuels et très bien équipée. De plus on y mange bien pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Bien situé sur les hauteurs à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville qui lui est bruyant . À recommander sans hésitation

struttura molto bella e curata in una bellissima location nel verde. posizione molto tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vicina ai luoghi più suggestivi e ai vari servizi. bellissima la piscina, dalla quale si gode di una bellissima vista. personale gentile e disponibile. alcuni parlano anche in italiano. cena e colazione con buffet ricco e di qualità. Unica nota negativa è che manca l'animazione e la musica. troppo silenzioso. solo il venerdì sera organizzano la greek night , con musica e balli popolari greci. troppo poco, ci vorrebbe un pò di movimento anche nelle altre sere e durante il giorno. per il resto giudizio ottimo!!

Goed, Mooie, rustige ligging met mooie tuin en zwembad. Zeer schoon en erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt en avond eten, voldoende, gevarieerd en lekker. Vriendelijke bediening. Slecht: een paar kamers hebben echt een veel te kleine badkamer met douche ruimte met gordijn , waar je je niet in kan bewegen. In de hele badruimte niet.Dit kan echt niet meer in deze tijd. Verder waren de kamers prima, ruim, airco,balcon, klein koelkastje aanwezig. Probeer een upgrade kamer te krijgen.
