Villa Secret Paradise

If you love the idea of a beautiful retreat, set in large private grounds with a long driveway and electronic gates, this could be the perfect house for your holiday.
Snuggled into the olive groves just 100 metres off the main Paleokastritsa road, Secret Paradise sits in over 2 acres of land and garden filled with olive and fruit trees. Beautiful views over the entire area are available towards the mountains, behind to the north and across rolling cypress clad hillsides to the west and south, for as far as you can see. The area around the house and pool is lawned. 
Even better, you can walk up a quiet road to the traditional village of Doukades (about 15 minutes uphill on the way, less coming home) where you will find traditional tavernas and a minimarket lining the village square, take a torch to walk home at night. If you don’t fancy walking its five minutes by car.
Alternatively a few minutes drive will take you to Liapades beach on the west coast, or down to the resort of Paleokastitsa, the best known beauty spot on Corfu with a wealth of restaurants, bars, shops and gorgeous bays; safe in the knowledge that you can then head back to the peace of your villa at the end of the day.
This lovely Corfu holiday villa is made up of a main house, all on ground floor level with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family kitchen with breakfast table and chairs,  with patio doors to a garden/patio and a large family living room with TV ( OteTV system). Some of the bedrooms in the main house have patio doors leading out to the terrace, garden and pool area, furnished with small tables and chairs, as well as a comfy sofa and armchairs. A separate annex building offers a further two bedrooms, shower room,  sitting area and kitchenette. Simply furnished, this could be ideal for teenage children or a young couple and friends staying with the main party or even a nanny, who would like a bit of privacy. The TV in the annex is connected to a DVD player and games console.
The main outdoor dining area is on the front terrace, covered for shade, but there is also a covered built-in barbecue with large marble table for 10 which enjoys the wonderful views.
The pool is teardrop shaped and accessed by roman steps – very generous size with a paved terrace, the lawn on two sides offers plenty of room for sunbathing. In addition, other garden areas offer quiet shady spots to sit, table tennis, covered parking and an outdoor shower. Outside you will also find a children's play area specially adapted with play for toddlers and small children including a swing, slide climbing frame and house.
All in all an ideal house for a large extended family holiday, or a group of friends. You will find it hard to drag yourselves away from this lovely spot.
*Please note for 2023 an additional bedroom and shower room will be added to the ground floor making this a 6 bed 4 bath villa - photos will be added when available.
