We had a wonderful stay at Villa Emys. The villa is beautiful, the views are stunning and it's in easy reach of many local towns and villages. We had the best holiday!

The property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the overall setting. Unfortunately, the pool lighting did not work for four of our six evenings, which made the outdoor area and especially the pool far too dark to use properly after sunset. What was most disappointing, however, was the way the issue was handled by the property owners. We found their communication and reaction to our complaints disrespectful and unprofessional, which unfortunately affected our overall experience. We would like to emphasize that the agency itself was very kind, helpful and responsive throughout the process. Our criticism is specifically regarding the owners and the handling of the issue. REPLY: the issue with the pool night lighting is now fully resolved. Please accept our apologies on behalf of the owner. It was certainly not his intention to offend you, and we are sorry if he was perceived in this way.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne und neue / moderne Villa, ruhig gelegen und mit toller Aussicht. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
