The villa is surrounded by a large garden, three terraces built of natural stone, pergolas and outdoor lounge, a barbecue area next to the infinity pool, and a guesthouse with a kitchen, shower, and a small room that can accommodate a couple. "For rent in addition to the advertised price," the villa is located a 3-minute walk from a sandy beach. There is a beach restaurant and a famous fish and seafood restaurant.
