Nightmare

Buildings and pool area lovely, but that's where it ends.As a sole traveler you never get the best room, but this was a joke, the room furniture was very old and worn, the sheets had been laundered but still had stains on them and they were not changed the whole week I was there, the towel, only one, was dirty so I went to reception to have it changed, again this was not changed all week. As a Diabetic I need a fridge to keep my insulin in,there is one in the room, which is SCREWED shut, to have it open and to use is 3euros a day, when opened it was all rusty and broken inside, but needs must. The sanitary bin was broken, lid just fell off no foot pedal and no plastic bag inside, shower curtain 10 inches short of shower tray. The food well that was as bad as could be,same rubbish daily. these are the major issues. it's such a same as this hotel has great potential,as i said the outside area,it's position in Roda all great.to the owners I say spend a little cash on it, to Expedia I suggest you visit your hotels, this one was certainly not as advertised.

Gruselhotel in Strandnähe

Es wird nicht geputzt. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Saudreckig. Dünne Wände. Eckelige verrostete Badamaturen.
